Ramadan - Reception Parent Visit
We were delighted to welcome a parent to our school this week to share the traditions of Ramadan and Eid with the children in Reception. The children were fascinated to learn how families fast during the day and come together for the special Iftar meal at sunset. It was a wonderful opportunity for the children to ask questions and understand the importance of kindness and charity during this holy month.
Year 2 Parent Visit
A fantastic afternoon in Year 2, with our visitor Mohammad who is a father of a child who attends Pirehill. Mohammad came to speak to us about following the Muslim religion of Islam. We had lots of questions for him and his daughter, Hafsa too.
