Stone Advent Window
We were thrilled to take part in Stone's Advent Alphabet Trail in December 2025. This is a lovely community event that we've proudly been involved in for many years! Running from 1-24 December, this festive tradition brought a daily display to a different location across Stone throughout the period.
This year's theme was 'Advent Alphabet' and we were given the letter 'D' for 'Diligently'. Every class at Pirehill contributed to our window display, so all of our children were represented in this special whole-school project!
Members of our talented school choir unveiled the window at John Burton Solicitors on Thursday 4th December at 11am, singing 'As with Gladness Men of Old' alongside festive favourites. Parents and carers joined us for the unveiling and enjoyed delicious mince pies, freshly baked by our wonderful school kitchen team!
