Office Manager

37 hours per week

Term time Grade 8, £25,463-£29,909 (pro rata)

 

The Governors of Pirehill First School are seeking to appoint a new Office Manager from 29th April 2019. The successful candidate should be able to organise and deliver effective school administration including Finance and Human Resources. They will have excellent communication skills, an ability to work to deadlines and have an excellent understanding of confidentiality. An interest in online safety would be advantageous.

 

The Governors of Pirehill First School would like to hear from you if you are someone who:

 

  • has budget management experience;
  • is able to undertake the school’s accounting systems;
  • is able to prepare and present financial reports to the school Governors;
  • has an understanding of payroll and HR processes;
  • has knowledge and experience of working with databases;
  • has energy and enthusiasm and an open and positive approach;
  • is a caring professional;
  • is able to lead and work supportively and flexibly within a team.
